CHALLENGE:
The mandatory national confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemic, brought with it enormous challenges for educational institutions nationwide; the most notable and complex was the immediate transition to a 100% virtual education, followed by the challenges of student retention and generating new enrollments. The Colegio Panamericano, aware that in times of uncertainty clear and secure communication is essential, decided to act immediately and together with us (PVS), a whole strategy was created that transcended and changed all forecasts.
STRATEGY:
We use the essence of the school as the main communication: “Love for the Pan-American Family”, and we show all the educational experience and the school’s ability to adapt to the current situation in the world, through digital communication based on the creation of pieces audiovisual. With this strategy, we managed to maintain an important link with the families, inspiring and strengthening the bond of love for an institution that had become the home of student growth for many children and young people from Santander.
RESULTS:
We greatly broke the goal set by the Colegio Panamericano for admissions 2020 – 2021, achieving an extraordinary result of 105% of what was proposed in only the first semester of the year.
A communication strategy that showed that, in the face of any adversity, the most important thing is the family.
