PVS was born from an idea and a business desire of three dreamers united by the goal of creating an advertising agency capable of competing with the largest in the country.

Juan Guillermo Vargas Harker is a publicist, knowledgeable about the department’s advertising environment, with more than 20 years of experience, during which he has specialized in understanding the way companies and Santander people communicate with each other.

Francisco Serrano Novoa, also a publicist, is a creative writer and advertising strategist, with experience in four multinational agencies. Today his 25-year accumulated experience is focused on creating innovative communication strategies for PVS clients

Today, 25 more professionals work together with Vargas and Serrano, united to create inspiring solutions that contribute to the success of the agency’s clients.

What has been the most rewarding and the most difficult when creating an advertising agency?

The most gratifying thing: getting our work to have been awarded after having compared it with that of the best agencies in the country, the continent and the world.

The hardest part: achieving bigger and bigger results, with smaller and smaller budgets.

What are the main products and services that you offer?

The main cornerstone component of our work is strategic thinking. From it we structure the other services, such as digital marketing, brand creation and execution of advertising campaigns.

Why should companies have an agency like PVS as a strategic ally in their commercial activities?

For the innovative and strategic thinking that we contribute to contribute to the visualization, positioning and generation of demand of the companies for which we work.

What have been the most valuable awards you have received, and what do those awards translate to for your current and potential clients?

While the four most recent awards were obtained in competition with the best independent agencies in America, Asia, Africa and Europe, we have to recognize that the main award has been to see how our clients have reinvested in us. In other words, every time a client renews their contract, we see that we are valuable in strengthening their brands and growing their business. That is the ultimate goal of our work: to do mutually profitable and long-lasting businesses.

How difficult is it to be creative and make a message impact the public?

The challenge is enormous, above all, because, in addition to impacting the public, we must impact the sales of our clients; that’s where the “magic” lies, in being surprising with the strategy, the advertising stimuli, the reactions of the target audience and the advertiser’s sales.

How do you see the future for PVS Agencia?

It is getting more and more stimulating. It has been 16 years of continuous growth in billing, achievements, recognition and accumulation of experience. We see ourselves expanding our coverage to new territories in eastern Colombia and also growing the number of “rolos” clients, who have discovered in us a valuable strategic ally. We feel that we are on the right track, and we are confident of contributing to a great future for Santander entrepreneurship.
