CHALLENGE:
The pandemic momentarily isolated Colorlatino Milano from its clients, being a company established in the United States and with a B2B model aimed at one of the businesses most affected by covid-19 (stylists and beauty salons), the brand must be reactivated immediate form with a communication that will reconnect with your audience, and will motivate and inspire them to continue fighting for everything you have built together.
STRATEGY:
We designed a mix of digital communication through the social network “Instagram”, handling emotional, technical and pedagogical messages, under a campaign concept called “Reinvent yourself”, which allowed the brand to reconnect in a very positive way with its customers, inspiring them and motivating them to keep going, providing them with education and new ways of responding to market conditions.
RESULTS:
We achieved a reputation and digital maturation that has directly impacted the growth of the brand’s sales. We turn the Instagram network into a reference for consultations for stylists and beauty salons. We increased the reach and interactions in the content reaching more than 45,000 users in the first two months, and we achieved a great growth of followers in the cities of Chicago, Elgin and El Paso, in the United States.
