CHALLENGE:
The Bucaramanga Chamber of Commerce, year after year, has the objective of collecting the payment of commercial registration from all entrepreneurs, a procedure that can be carried out physically or virtually. For this occasion, our challenge was to promote renovations through the virtual platform.
STRATEGY:
To achieve this, we created the RENO-VAR concept online and asked Santander entrepreneurs to renew their commercial registration as easy as going to a “var”. With 4 spots featuring a RENO and a digital strategy integrated by Facebook Ads, Google Ads and a registration landing, we managed to exceed the collection of the immediately previous year.
RESULTS:
6,720 Renewals in 2016, with an increase of 283.18% compared to 2015.
