CHALLENGE:
Colombiano DT is a fast food restaurant that bases its main service system on the Drive-Thru format, that is, request for order and dispatch without getting off the vehicle, a format that we must communicate in the City of Bucaramanga.
STRATEGY:
To communicate this service, we promote the message YOU JUST HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR HAND, an action that by nature we perform when receiving an order inside the car.
RESULTS:
With this campaign we not only managed to create a communication style for the brand, but also reinforce and strengthen its positioning and differentiation from other competitors in the category.
